It’s come on like a tsunami, this blogging and social media. What’s a business to do about it? What’s your business going to do? You can’t ignore the fundamental changes anymore, but change is difficult. It’s dangerous to modify an established practice, to change how and when you introduce a product, how you deal with irate customers, but if you don’t, you may place your company on the fast track for Jurassic Park with other fossils who could not adapt to fundamental changes.
